Terms and Legal
We ask that all fees are payable before or on the day of treatment. Treatment will only be given to patients with up to date accounts.
All appointments are reserved only for yourself and we may require a deposit for new patient appointments.
If you need to change any appointment we ask that you give 2 working days' notice.
Failure to attend an appointment or cancellation that gives less than 2 working days' notice may result in a charge being levied, currently this is charged at £25 per fifteen minutes of an appointment.
Your treatment plan or estimate may be subject to fee changes, however we will inform you should the fees change once the treatment plan has started.
Estimates are valid for 90 days from the date they are produced.
We accept cash, cheques with a valid guarantee card, debit cards or credit cards, including American Express.
In the case of in-depth written treatment, plans may have differing terms and conditions within the plan and treatment will not proceed without patient consent and a deposit paid.
